Sports Fest Honours for ASJAC

ASJAC had very successful night with a great display at the second annual Sports Fest in Alice Springs yesterday at Treager Park in the lead up to the AFL practice match there today.  With the temperature soaring way over 40 hundreds of children came through the ASJAC site.  The kids enjoyed participating in the Team Athletics activities!

We got a number of compliments on our display and a lot of enquiries for joining the club.  Terri Wilson did a report for ABC Radio about training, warm-ups, sprinting and stretches.

 

Stop Press!! There where over 40 sports stalls that where judged with ASJAC winning a $400 trophy voucher!   The ASJAC juniors are commended for all their efforts that made it a very live and energetic display!
