Why Would You Become an Athletics Official?

Author: Monica Bugno/Tuesday, 14 June 2016/Categories: News

Love athletics? Love travelling? Why wouldn’t you consider becoming an official?

Becoming an official can lead to bigger and better things, such as going to the Commonwealth Games or an International Event. Officials are in short supply worldwide and so anyone who has the time to devote to training not only gets certificates, professional development opportunities, mentoring but also are highly likely to travel to many major athletic events in Australia and of course all over the world.

NT Athletics offer Official Courses free of charge. For more information, contact The NT Athletics office on info@ntathletics.org.au
