On-line entry is open. Entries close March 11, 2016 23:59 AEST. Late entries will not be accepted.
Entry Fees: $50.00 admin fee & $12.00 per event.
When cancellation is received prior to the stated closing date, entry fees are refundable less a $20 administration fee.
After the closing date, no fees are refundable.
Confirmation of entries / Adding additional events
Confirmation of accepted entries and the events entered will be provided to all entrants by email.
If you have already entered and wish to add additional events there is a link to follow in your entry confirmation email. There is no additional admin fee to pay.
Dinner Tickets, Results Books and Merchandise can be pre-ordered during on-line entry on the Meet Extras page (refer also to the Notes below).
Note 1. If you wish to only purchase merchandise and/or dinner tickets, untick 'I will be competing at this meet' on the page where you enter your Personal Details in the on-line entry system, and then there will be no admin fee to pay.
Note 2. If you have already entered it is a simple matter to go back in and add merchandise and/or dinner tickets to your existing entry, using the link in your entry confirmation email ( no additional admin fee to pay). If you have mis-placed this email just follow the procedure in Note 1 above.
All entrants are required to register their arrival and collect an Athlete package prior to competing.
The Registration desk – in the Check-in area, on the first floor of the SA Athletics Stadium Grandstand - will be open from 12 Noon to 5 pm Friday 15th April and then from 8 am each competition day.
