Call for Team Coaches

Athletics Northern Territory is seeking expressions of interest from coaches and managers to join the Northern Territory Team at the 2025 Australian All Schools Championships, to be held in Melbourne from 4–7 December.

We are looking for motivated and supportive team staff who can contribute to creating a positive environment for athletes—enhancing both their performances and their broader athletics journey. The number and type of staff appointed will depend on factors such as team size, athlete ages, and levels of experience.

These are volunteer roles; however, successful applicants will be provided with flights, accommodation, uniform, and meals for the duration of the Championships.

Requirements (managers and/or coaches):

• Level 1 Officials qualification (minimum)

• Level 2 Intermediate Club Coach qualification (coaches only)

• Current NT Working with Children Clearance

• Anti-Doping Fundamentals & 2025 Annual Update (Sport Integrity Australia) accreditation (free)

• Current membership with an Australian Athletics – affiliated club/state

• A sound understanding of team management across a range of ages and abilities
