Warm-Up 4.30pm, 1st event 5.00pm

Events are mixed ages and open to athletes 9-99yrs

5.00pm Start - 100m

5.20pm - 800m

5.45pm - 60m

6:00pm - Hammer (U14+)

6.10pm - 200m

6.25pm - 2000m Steeplechase - Height 0.762m  (U15+)
